A friend gave me a bottle of Floret for my birthday last week. I had never smelled it before and can best describe the smell as exquisite. It has top notes of sweet pea with underlying rose, tuberose and apricot, and a mysterious finish.It was created, I now discover, to remind the perfumer of her childhood and the smell of her grandmother's garden...
It's my personal spikenard, received with thanks.
